98 Morningside Avenue is a residential building located in Harlem. It is owned by leading real estate company, Thor Equities. KCK Carpentry Inc carried full interior renovations for 10 units. Total square footage of the project was 8,500 Sq. Ft. Works included removal of existing subfloor and replacement with fire rated plywood for proposed finished timber floor, installation of interior partitions, ceilings, drywalling for perimeter walls, and installation of doors, door hardware, trim and baseboard. Total project was completed in 12 weeks.

526 East 111th Street is a property owned by Thor Equities. Similar to 98 Morningside Avenue, the apartments were part of a gut renovation and were completely remodeled. Works included removal of existing subfloor and replacement with fire rated plywood for proposed finished timber floor, installation of interior partitions, ceilings, drywalling for perimeter walls, and installation of doors, door hardware, trim and baseboard. The photographs below show the finished apartments ready for client handover.
52 Wooster Street
Located in the fashionable area of SOHO, 52 Wooster is new addition to the area. The building has been described as boutique building with 3 and 4 bedroom loft style apartments. The building itself is 6 stories high, with the top 5 stories devoted to residential apartments and the 1st floor devoted to lobby and a commercial unit. The overall area of the building is over 13,000 sq. feet with a ceiling height of 11 feet in each apartment to give the space a generous access to light and unique views of the local architecture and cobbled streets below.
